Financial changes for NSW public schools
The NSW Department of Education is currently implementing a standardised finance system (SAP) and new financial processes for all NSW Public Schools as part of the Learning Management and Business Reform.
As such, changes to Customer and Supplier invoicing and payment arrangements are being introduced to schools over 2016 and 2017. You may already be aware of these new processes if you currently deal with schools using the new system.
Please use the below search tool to learn when schools from each Principal's Network (arranged geographically across NSW) will ‘go live' with the new system. Until this time you should continue to interact with these schools in the way you do today, using your current customer or supplier number.
Impacted suppliers and customers will also receive communication from schools and the Finance Shared Service Centre in the lead up to each Principal's Network's 'go live' date.
