An educational vision for the future

South Western Sydney students are set to benefit from a significant investment in public education infrastructure. More than $130 million will be invested to upgrade six schools and build two new schools. 

The Glenfield Educational Precinct


We will invest over $30 million to boost educational provision in Glenfield to meet the needs of current and future families. 

The four schools in the precinct will provide a diverse educational provision to meet the growing demand for gifted and special needs education to help all children reach their potential. 

Key highlights 

Benefits for Glenfield Selective High School include:

  • a school upgrade
  • capacity for over 1,000 academically gifted students. 

A new primary school to meet growth demands:

  • land set aside for the future development of a 1000 student primary school.

Relocation and rebuild of special needs education for: 

  • Ajuga School, Campbell House School and Glenfield Park School. Capacity at each school will increase from 7 classes to 9 classes.
