Unsolicited proposals

Suppliers should refer to the Unsolicited proposals – guide for submission and assessment to understand how they are able to approach the government with innovative infrastructure or service delivery solutions. This covers situations where the government has not requested a proposal and the supplier considers it is uniquely placed to provide a value for money solution.

Suppliers that approach the Department directly to offer their goods or services where it has not requested their proposed offer are potentially to receive from the Department a standard letter response directing them to review the Guide and align their proposal with its requirements to progress their offering.
