Seeking NSW’s best VET students

NSW's best vocational education and training students (VET) are being sought as nominations for the Australian Vocational Student Prize 2011.

To be eligible, Year 12 students need to have undertaken a Vocational Education and Training in Schools program or an Australian School-based-Apprenticeship as part of their senior secondary certificate this year.

Students can be nominated by their school principal, teacher or a Vocational Education and Training Co-ordinator and, if successful, receive a $2000 prize.

Nominations for the competition, which is run by the Australian Government, close on 2 December 2011.
