Benefits Calculator FAQs

The teach.NSW Benefits Calculator provides a useful indication of benefits and incentives available to teachers in certain public school locations in rural and remote NSW. Please note that this information is indicative only and may vary. The following headings address some frequently asked questions about the benefits.

Transfer Points

Transfer Points are allocated to teachers for each year of service in a school. These points are accumulated during a teacher's service and used to prioritise an application for transfer.
