Claremont Meadows Public School
Thank you for your interest in the Claremont Meadows Public School upgrade project.
The project page you are trying to access is not being updated as we are currently developing a new website for School Infrastructure NSW featuring major works project information. This is not a reflection of the project's progress, but a way for us to consolidate information and ensure the greatest accuracy is provided to the public.
We appreciate your patience while we work to deliver this renewed and user-friendly information hub for our new schools and major capital works upgrades. The new project website site will be ready by December 2017.
In the meantime, please direct any questions regarding the progress of this project to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We thank you for your understanding and look forward to sharing more information with you soon.
The proposed capital works project of the Claremont Meadows Public School focuses on the construction of 12 permanent teaching spaces with associated toilets.
This upgrade is being undertaken to cater for future growth within the catchment area and will increase the school's capacity to approximately 800 students.
The works will involve:
- the replacement of classroom demountables with a new two storey classroom building
- permanent teaching spaces that are future-focused and flexible learning environments in line with the department's Education Facilities Standards and Guidelines
- existing car parking to be retained
A Project Reference Group (PRG) has been established and is providing input into the design phase. The PRG endorses all designs and staging plans, and assists in communicating the project status to the school and its community.
The PRG members include the Director Public Schools NSW, school representatives (including the school's principal) and the project team.
